Edgar R. Rolan-Berrios Jr., 28, of 88 Adams St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence, 1:24 a.m.

Diana Mendez, 21, of 28 Brown Ave., Holyoke, Mass., was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 1:30 p.m.

Derek M. Detura, 37, of 23 Redwing Rd., Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 5:25 p.m.

Jocelyn R. Vaillancourt, 24, of 11 Boyer Rd., Stafford, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 1:54 a.m.

Hector J. Perez-Villamil, 45, of 57 Federal St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 3:11 a.m.

Dereck J. Dent, 33, of 10 Keller Ct., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 7:00 p.m.

Dustin P. Vosburgh, 19, of 132-B Main St., Somers, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace and possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis, 10:30 p.m.

Stephen J. Vacca, 24, of 8 Theresa St., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 11:30 p.m.
