Friday, Feb. 17

Daniel Cicoria, 64, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree harassment, 7:34 p.m.

David Ali, 38, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, making a false statement and interfering with an officer, 10:39 p.m.

Raelynn Dickinson, 25, of Somers, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, interfering with an officer and second-degree failure to appear (four counts), 8:35 p.m.

Sunday, Feb. 19

Christine Campbell, 46, of Broad Brook, was charged with operating under the influence, possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia and operating under suspension, 1:32 a.m.

Lisa Fecteau, 43, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 7:40 a.m.

Shelly Laframboise, 41, of Mount Morris, Mich., was charged with interfering with an officer and second-degree breach of peace, 12:15 p.m.

Adrian Small, 29, of Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, 4:20 p.m.

Shauna Edgerton, 41, of Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), fraudulent use of an ATM (two counts), second-degree identity theft and second-degree failure to appear, 4:15 p.m.
