Wednesday, Jan. 13

Christopher Jenkins, 49, of 100 Tariff St., Enfield, was charged with evading responsibility, 2:55 a.m.

Jezenia Miller, 22, of 105 Main St., Manchester, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, 11:00 a.m.

Ian Picerno, 39, of 114 Balance Rockwell Dr., Seymour, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, 7:26 p.m.
