Mark Brengi, 59, of 32 South Center St., Windsor Locks, was charged with reckless driving, 5:00 p.m.

Saturday, Jan. 16

Kyle Muldoon, 23, of Bigelow Commons, Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 12:09 a.m.

Jared Vicente, 23, of 3210 Bigelow Commons, Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 12:09 a.m.

Christine Campbell, 44, of 10 Townhouse Rd., Broad Brook, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 12:30 a.m.

Raymond Nivar, 23, of 1820 Loring Pl., Bronx, N.Y., was charged with sale of a hallucinogen/narcotics, possession of narcotics, failure to have seatbelts in a motor vehicle and failure to obey traffic control signals, 8:04 a.m.

Melissa Riley, 38, of 123 Bridge St., East Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 12:45 p.m.

Edward Bednarski, 59, of 24 Lynch Terr., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, 3:02 p.m.

Richard Rodgers, 47, of 14 Parkside St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia and second-degree failure to appear (two counts), 6:00 p.m.

Sunday, Jan. 17

Alvin Sampath, 30, of 64 Windsor St., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 1:40 a.m.

James Provencher, 64, of 20 Stony Brook Rd., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, 1:45 a.m.

Beverly Pajor, 38, of 263 Broad Brook Rd., Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 3:19 p.m.

Monday, Jan. 18

Brian Scarborough, 61, of 4 Martin St., Enfield, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, assault on public safety personnel, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and second-degree strangulation, 7:20 p.m.

Kenneth Scarborough, 24, of 6 Westview Dr., Granby, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 8:00 p.m.

April McDaniel, 39, of 21 Cross St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 8:40 p.m.
