Tuesday, Jan. 5

Rafael Lullanda, 50, of 20 Walnut St., Enfield, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and charging less than $500 on a revoked credit card, 6:19 a.m.

Thomas Robinson, 51, of 11 Hazard Ave., Enfield, was charged with violation of a protective order, 4:20 p.m.

Medalia Heatley, 23, of 82 Village St., Vernon, was charged with transporting a child under 60 lbs. without restraint, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker, failure to stop sign and failure to insure private motor vehicle, 4:40 p.m.

Christopher Cedeno Polanco, 26, of 58 Saratoga Ave., Yonkers, N.Y., was charged with sixth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear (two counts), 7:30 a.m.

Ivan Rivera, 33, of 10 Washington Ave., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree unlawful restraint, 10:20 a.m.

Sunday, Jan. 10

Dante Westerlund, 24, of no certain address, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 9:20 p.m.
