Brittany Merchant, 34, of Holyoke, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear (two counts), 10:47 a.m.

Natasha Zayas, 33, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with risk of injury to a child and fourth-degree larceny (two count), 11:00 a.m.

Dianne Stevens, 67, of Enfield, was charged with first-degree failure to appear and on an extradition warrant, 8:00 p.m.

Wednesday, Jan. 3

Jason Owen, 39, of West Springfield, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 4:18 p.m.

Thursday, Jan. 4

Aryonna Hyland, 22, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 11:00 a.m.

Deahjah Easterling, 19, of Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny (two counts) and interfering with an officer, 7:19 p.m.

Tyana Stevenson, 21, of Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny (two counts) and interfering with an officer, 7:19 p.m.

Brianna Simmons, 21, of Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny (two counts) and interfering with an officer, 7:19 p.m.

Debra Jans, 42, of Norwich, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 8:35 p.m.
