Tuesday, Jan. 30

Juan Alvira, 24, of East Hartford, was charged with third-degree burglary (two counts), third-degree criminal mischief, interfering with an officer, larceny of a motor vehicle (two counts), operating an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to reinstate license within 60 days, failure to drive in proper lane, operating a motorcycle without endorsement, failure to have headlamps and improper rear/marker lamps, 6:30 a.m.

Hannah Owens, 19, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with fifth-degree larceny, 6:20 p.m.

Ryciere Scott, 19, of Indian Orchard, Mass., was charged with fifth-degree larceny, 6:20 p.m.

Brian Laroche, 51, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 7:40 p.m.

Wednesday, Jan. 31

Kimberley M. Cosmos, 43, of Hartford, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass (three counts), sixth-degree larceny (four counts), conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny (four counts) and illegal possession of a shoplifting device (two counts), 4:12 p.m.

Robert J. Cosmos, 42, of Hartford, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass (three counts), sixth-degree larceny (four counts), conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny (four counts) and illegal possession of a shoplifting device (two counts), 4:12 p.m.

John Drabkin, 54, of Enfield, was charged with evading responsibility and failure to drive in proper lane, 11:10 p.m.

Thursday, Feb. 1

Gregory Powers, 71, of Washington, was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault, 5:07 a.m.

Tyler Brennan, 30, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree strangulation/suffocation, 11:55 a.m.
