Juan Alvira, 24, of East Hartford, was charged with third-degree burglary (two counts), third-degree criminal mischief, interfering with an officer, larceny of a motor vehicle (two counts), operating an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to reinstate license within 60 days, failure to drive in proper lane, operating a motorcycle without endorsement, failure to have headlamps and improper rear/marker lamps, 6:30 a.m.

Hannah Owens, 19, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with fifth-degree larceny, 6:20 p.m.
Ryciere Scott, 19, of Indian Orchard, Mass., was charged with fifth-degree larceny, 6:20 p.m.

Gregory Powers, 71, of Washington, was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault, 5:07 a.m.
