Byrd, 25, of Hartford, was charged with operating a drug factory, possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, improper use of marker, operating without minimum insurance, operating under suspension and violating tinted auto glass requirements, 10:37 a.m.
Victor Ramos, 36, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with first-degree failure to appear, 10:41 a.m.

Wednesday, Jan. 10
Cassandra M. Holmes, 37, of Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence with a child under 18 as passenger and risk of injury to a child, 5:32 p.m.
Timothy M. Horan, 33, of Granby, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 10:28 p.m.
Thursday, Jan. 11
Dereck Dent, 37, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 4:07 a.m.
Paul Cellini, 53, of East Windsor, was charged with interfering with an officer, engaging police in pursuit, second-degree failure to appear, operating under suspension, traveling unreasonably fast and failure to obey traffic control signals, 6:10 a.m.
Cassandra Jurovaty, 32, of Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, first-degree failure to appear and second-degree failure to appear, 3:47 p.m.
Jason Myslenski, 37, of East Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 5:55 p.m.
Adrian Bachand, 23, of Enfield, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, interfering with an officer and failure to respond to an infraction, 6:22 p.m.
