Thursday, July 16

Jessica D. Gorrie, 36, of 2 Long Hollow Rd., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to drive right and speeding, 1:21 a.m.

Edgar Vega, 41, of 53 Park Ave., Hartford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia, 3:27 p.m.

Anthony J. Vincenzo, 26, of 21 Fox Hollow Rd., Somers, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to obey traffic control signals, operating under suspension and improper use of marker, 5:28 p.m.

Friday, July 17

Lizardo L. Vega Jr., 34, of 37 Groveland St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with third-degree larceny, 9:51 a.m.

Saturday, July 18

Kelley Downey, 29, of 1123 Bigelow Commons, Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree strangulation/suffocation and third-degree assault, 7:20 p.m.

Sunday, July 19

Kelley Downey, 29, of 1123 Bigelow Commons, Enfield, was charged with second-degree violating conditions of release, 2:07 a.m.

Robert L. Smith, 48, of 46 Perry Ln., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane and failure to display lights, 2:37 a.m.

Robert J. Deforge, 62, of 57 Elm Meadows, Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and third-degree criminal mischief, 2:52 p.m.
