Kelley Downey, 29, of 1123 Bigelow Commons, Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree strangulation/suffocation and third-degree assault, 7:20 p.m.

Sunday, July 19

Kelley Downey, 29, of 1123 Bigelow Commons, Enfield, was charged with second-degree violating conditions of release, 2:07 a.m.

Robert L. Smith, 48, of 46 Perry Ln., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane and failure to display lights, 2:37 a.m.

Robert J. Deforge, 62, of 57 Elm Meadows, Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and third-degree criminal mischief, 2:52 p.m.
