Cameron J. Hicks, 18, of 86 Spring St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree beach of peace and second-degree threatening, 12:04 p.m.

Anthony W. Olson, 50, of 24 Avon St., Enfield, was charged with illegally carrying a firearm while under the influence and second-degree reckless endangerment, 4:19 p.m.

Christopher M. Taylor, 40, of 8 Asnuntuck St., Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia, 10:05 p.m.

Tuesday, July 21

Justin Lamore, 30, of 22 Abbey St., Chicopee, Mass., was charged with possession of a controlled substance, 10:11 p.m.

Tomiese N. Mason, 34, of 82-B South Main St., East Windsor, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and violation of a protective order, 10:30 p.m.

Wednesday, July 22

Shawn D. Lowder, 39, of 82 Maple Ave., Farmington, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and sixth-degree larceny, 7:57 a.m.

Keith J. McGhee, 37, of 6 Coslin Rd., Enfield, was charged with third-degree strangulation/suffocation, third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, second-degree threatening and risk of injury to a child, 3:43 p.m.

Gregory Betsey, 41, of 224 South Marshall St., Hartford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia, 4:54 p.m.

Debbie A. Harris, 46, of 224 South Marshall St., Hartford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia, 4:54 p.m.

Charles O. Hill, 52, of 89 Prospect Ave., West Hartford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, 4:54 p.m.
