Charles Young, 62, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 5:21 p.m.

Charles Young, 40, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault on an elderly/other victim, 5:21 p.m.

Dana Smith-Morin, 35, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear (three counts), 9:00 p.m.

Stephen Hluchnik, 53, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 7:00 p.m.

Craig Bosley, 40, of Ellington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree threatening and operating under suspension, 7:20 p.m.

Guangzhuo Li, 50, of Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, interfering with an officer and assault on public safety personnel, 10:53 p.m.

Aisha Gullett, 26, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with reckless driving, 1:39 a.m.

Michael Spencer, 40, of Enfield, was charged with risk of injury to a child and operating under the influence with a child under 18 as passenger, 9:00 a.m.
