Keiyon R. Johnson, 45, of 17 Keller Ave., Enfield, was charged with criminal lockout, 6:15 a.m.

Kenneth R. Bailey, 63, of 161 Enfield St., Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 4:22 p.m.

Cornelius A. McDermott III, 41, of 52-A Elm Corners, Windsor Locks, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 4:22 p.m.

Brian D. Spellman, 28, of 15 Harvest Ln., Windsor Locks, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 4:22 p.m.

Friday, July 24

Irell L. Smith, 25, of 6-A Chapel St., Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, interfering with an officer, criminal impersonation and violation of probation, 2:56 a.m.

Sarah M. Papaleo, 30, of 40 Hartford Ave., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 11:39 p.m.
