Ismael Gutierrez, 36, of 68 White St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence, following too closely and operating under suspension, 7:03 p.m.

Jason M. Gaskell, 32, of 4 Cottage Green, Enfield, was charged with second-degree robbery, 7:03 p.m.

Malikameer Andrade, 27, of 23 Sprague St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence, following too closely, failure to drive in proper lane and failure to obey traffic control signals, 11:26 p.m.

Christopher J. Kay, 47, of 2 Michele Dr., Somers, was charged with operating under the influence, 11:42 a.m.

Darrin M. Long, 53, of 41 Quail Hollow, Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 2:29 p.m.

Christopher J. Dubois, 34, of 61 Candlewood Dr., Enfield, was charged with first-degree failure to appear, 2:42 p.m.

Rachel R. Ruyack, 32, of 6 Arawak Dr., East Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 5:19 p.m.
