David J. Deschenes, 44, of 2 Guild St., Enfield, was charged with interfering with an officer, third-degree burglary and criminal lockout, 2:07 a.m.

Mathew J. Barton, 25, of 31 Asnuntuck St., Enfield, was charged with violation of probation, 6:35 a.m.

Keith J. Pelletier, 50, of 26 Flax Hill, South Windsor, was charged with operating under the influence, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating without a license, 7:53 p.m.

Mark A. Chevalier, 45, of 17 Park Hill, East Windsor, was charged with disorderly conduct and sixth-degree larceny, 10:45 p.m.
