Todd Cruickshank, 24, of Enfield, was charged with se3cond-degree failure to appear (three counts), 7:45 a.m.

William Arnold, 35, of Chicopee, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence, traveling unreasonably fast and operating without a license, 7:40 p.m.

Edward Gerbutovich, 70, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 10:15 p.m.

Friday, July 7

Cathleen E. Stratton, 26, of Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, first-degree violating conditions of release and operating without a license, 10:50 a.m.

Stephanie T. Dickson, 33, of Windsor, was charged with carrying a dangerous weapon, second-degree breach of peace and criminal attempt to commit second-degree assault, 2:25 p.m.

Adrian A. Bechand, 22, of Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, sale of a narcotic substance, illegal sale of fireworks without a permit, interfering with an officer, first-degree failure to appear and second-degree failure to appear, 6:36 p.m.

Saturday, July 8

Pamela Connolly, 61, of Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, use of drug paraphernalia and distracted driving, 11:48 a.m.

Jerome Dowling, 35, of Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, operating under suspension and failure to obey stop sign, 7:00 p.m.

Sunday, July 9

Joshualee Sockbeson, 23, of Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to display lights, 2:15 a.m.

Luis Amaro, 32, of Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle and interfering with an officer, 4:33 a.m.

Michael Spencer, 40, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 11:09 a.m.

Brian Ward, 32, of Hartford, was charged with engaging police in pursuit, failure to drive in proper lane, improper turn, improper rear/marker lamps and illegal operation of a motor vehicle without tint inspection, 11:15 a.m.
