Friday, July 10
Elyse K. Simpson, 31, of 14 Hunter Ln., Glastonbury, was charged with operating under the influence, reckless driving, operating under the influence with a child under 18 as passenger (two counts), risk of injury to a child (two counts) and failure to drive right, 4:33 p.m.
