Saturday, June 20

Cory J. Banicak, 26, of 13-A Mill St., Broad Brook, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia, 1:16 a.m.

Sunday, June 21

Elizabeth L. Powell, 35, of no certain address, was charged with failure to keep narcotics in original container, use of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis, violation of restricted substances regulations, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, interfering with an officer, possession of abandoned marker, improper use of marker and first-degree failure to appear, 1:45 a.m.

Jack Lapane, 19, of 16 Laurel Park, Enfield, was charged with interfering with an officer, 2:40 a.m.

Emily Paquette, 18, of 25 Tromley Rd., East Windsor, was charged with evading responsibility, interfering with an officer, third-degree criminal mischief and operating without a license, 4:02 a.m.

Damien B. Bagley, 42, of 304 Gatewood Dr., Enfield, was charged with violation of a protective order (two counts), 3:21 p.m.

Cindy L. Silva, 36, of 15 Putnam Dr., Enfield, was charged with negligent homicide with a motor vehicle, risk of injury to a child, operating under suspension, violation of rear facing seat requirements for a child under 2 and traveling unreasonably fast, 6:27 p.m.

David E. Lee, 45, of 88 Sheridan Rd., Enfield, was charged with possessoin of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of a controlled substance, interfering with an officer, tampering with physical evidence, operating under suspension and operating without minimum insurance, 7:31 p.m.

Timothy E. Doyle, 40, of 4 Audrey Ln., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 8:20 p.m.

Marilyn M. Molina, 34, of 30 Lebanon St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence and failure to display lights, 1:45 a.m.

Christian O. Rodriguez, 21, of 68 Everett St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with reckless driving and failure to drive in proper lane, 3:14 a.m.

Jose G. Santiago, 22, of 268 Main St., Holyoke, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 4:06 a.m.
