Christopher H. Richard, 32, of 96 Mission St., Smyrna, Me., was charged with first-degree failure to appear, 8:34 p.m.

Wednesday, July 1

Ryan J. Leddy, 34, of 10 Suffield St., Windsor Locks, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief and first-degree criminal trespass, 9:22 p.m.

Thursday, July 2

James H. Spence, 57, of 40 Ridge Rd., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, 1:30 a.m.

Michael L. Drinkwine, 58, of 14 O'Hear Ave., Enfield, was charged with second-degree threatening, disorderly conduct, carrying a dangerous weapon and violation of a protective order, 1:53 a.m.
