Christopher Graves, 41, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree violating conditions of release, 7:21 p.m.

Devon O'Brien, 18, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 7:30 p.m.

Saturday, March 11

Frank Kovalcek, 37, of Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and following too closely, 12:30 p.m.

Austin Sanderson, 36, of Suffield, was charged with operating under the influence, operating a motor vehicle while using a handheld mobile device and failure to obey traffic control signals, 5:55 p.m.

Devahn Mattis, 31, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with fourth-degree larceny (two counts) and interfering with an officer, 6:07 p.m.

Elise Snyder, 34, of Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and payment card fraud, 8:50 p.m.

Sunday, March 12

Shalimar Swan, 31, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence, 3:13 a.m.

Tyron Little, 45, of New Haven, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, 11:00 a.m.

Christian Carleen, 65, of Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, 12:55 p.m.

Monday, March 13

John Garvey, 64, of Wilbraham, Mass., was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 1:21 p.m.

Gabriel Rzadkiewicz, 24, of Southington, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, operating under suspension and operating without minimum insurance, 7:20 p.m.

Kristina Rzadkiewicz, 25, of Plantsville, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia and second-degree failure to appear, 7:30 p.m.
