Angel Cabrera-Cosme, 28, of Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree kidnapping, 8:00 a.m.

Sandra Steward, 47, of Enfield, was charged with evading responsibility and improper passing, 4:15 p.m.

Melissa Moores, 47, of Hartford, was charged with violation of probation (two counts), 9:45 p.m.

Friday, March 17

Felix Ramirez, 43, of East Longmeadow, Mass., was charged with disorderly conduct and voyeurism with malice, 12:22 p.m.

Christopher Irish, 35, of Enfield, was charged with first-degree sexual assault, third-degree sexual assault, fourth-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a child, 3:35 p.m.

Michael Marsh-Augustine, 32, of Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct, 3:39 p.m.

Saturday, March 18

Gary Damato, 50, of Enfield, was charged with illegally tampering with an IID, delivery of drug paraphernalia,. second-degree breach of peace, second-degree threatening and second-degree reckless endangerment, 8:15 a.m.

James Smith, 43, of Longmeadow, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence and traveling unreasonably fast, 7:29 p.m.

Sunday, March 19

Victoria Leslie, 29, of Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and second-degree breach of peace, 6:00 p.m.

Shamus Molloy, 39, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree assault, 7:00 p.m.
