Christopher Tingen, 46, of Enfield, was charged with failure to respond to an infraction, 6:15 p.m.

Michele Lutz, 37, of Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia, 12:30 a.m.

Ronald Nason, 40, of Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia and failure to obey traffic control signals, 1:00 a.m.

Denise Sekula, 34, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear (three counts), 10:15 a.m.

Albert Maldonado, 67, of Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, 11:49 a.m.

Ricky McDonald, 38, of Vernon, was charged with violation of a protective order, 7:20 p.m.

Alfred Alzak, 41, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear (five counts), 7:45 p.m.
