Monday, March 27

Abdner Astor, 40, of Holyoke, Mass., was charged with organized retail theft and third-degree larceny, 10:49 a.m.

Blake DeMarco, 29, of Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia, 12:58 p.m.

Shane Ouellette, 36, of Deep River, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia and second-degree failure to appear, 1:01 p.m.

Olivia Kibbe, 28, of Enfield, was charged with se4cond-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 5:35 p.m.

Tuesday, March 28

Marcus Earley, 28, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with violation of a protective order, 8:50 a.m.

Charles Latkofsky, 64, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 10:04 p.m.

Wednesday, March 29

Karen Valencia, 48, of Chicopee, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 10:30 a.m.

Tristen Pearson, 28, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation/suffocation and second-degree unlawful restraint, 10:30 a.m.

Sheniece Morris, 30, of Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (four counts) and illegal possession of a shoplifting device, 4:00 p.m.

Shatina Parker, 46, of Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (three counts), illegal possession of a shoplifting device and interfering with an officer, 4:01 p.m.

Jose Oyola, 34, of Enfield, was charged with violation of a protective order, 4:15 p.m.

Steven Storozuk, 31, of Enfield, was charged with risk of injury to a child, second-degree breach of peace, second-degree reckless endangerment, failure to comply with passing on right rules, failure to drive in proper lane, illegally operating a motor vehicle for harassment/intimidation and improper turn, 4:25 p.m.

Antonio Lopez, 19, of East Windsor, was charged with risk of injury to a child, third-degree assault and fourth-degree sexual assault, 3:09 p.m.
