Christopher L. Silva, 40, of 5 Crystal Corners, Enfield, was charged with failure to register as a sex offender (four counts), 9:50 a.m.

Matthew R. Munroe, 38, of 31 Oxford Dr., Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 8:02 p.m.
