Arthur F. Martyn, 56, of 63 Battle St., Somers, was charged with operating under the influence, 6:15 p.m.

Jose A. Camacho, 40, of 769 Warrington St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with fourth-degree larceny and interfering with an officer, 7:48 p.m.

Lissette D. Cintron-Moulier, 19, of 204 Exchange St., Chicopee, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence, possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis and traveling unreasonably fast, 1:40 a.m.

Robert N. Smith, 43, of 19 Cora St., Enfield, was charged with criminal lockout, 2:36 p.m.

Danielle T. Hoffman, 29, of 3 Rogers Ave., Ludlow, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence and traveling unreasonably fast, 3:05 a.m.

Scott A. Geddis, 49, of 100 Hillside Cir., West Springfield, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence and evading responsibility, 4:32 a.m.

Lloyd Rowland, 20, of 37 Parky Dr., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 11:16 p.m.
