Frison Alexander, 40, of Enfield, was charged with assault on public safety personnel, second-degree breach of peace and fourth-degree sexual assault, 5:20 a.m.

Tuesday, May 14

Crystal Rodriguez, 37, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 10:30 a.m.

Andrew Wawrzaszek, 37, of Enfield, was charged with criminal violation of a restraining order and violating a protective order, 6:00 p.m.

David Csaszar, 33, of Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 7:45 p.m.

Wednesday, May 15

Jennifer Melvin, 43, of Enfield, was charged with evading responsibility, failure to drive in proper lane and failure to notify DMV about change of address for license, 4:00 p.m.

Jose Resendiz, 28, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 11:10 p.m.

Donovan Blake, 33, of Troy, N.Y., was charged with third-degree larceny and second-degree forgery, 9:00 a.m.

Jesse West, 35, of Suffield, was charged with operating under the influence, evading responsibility and failure to drive in proper lane, 11:14 p.m.
