Donovan Silva, 33, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell, use of drug paraphernalia, second-degree larceny, failure to keep narcotics in original container and failure to respond to a payable violation, 6:41 p.m.

Aubrey Wyatt, 41, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell, use of drug paraphernalia, second-degree larceny, interfering with an officer, tampering with physical evidence and on an extradition warrant, 6:41 p.m.

Kayla Daggett, 35, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell, use of drug paraphernalia and second-degree larceny, 6:41 p.m.

Friday, Nov. 17

Paris Parker, 29, of Windsor, was charged with engaging police in pursuit, interfering with an officer, operating under suspension and operating without a license, 4:23 a.m.

Shelly Laframboise, 42, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear (two counts), 11:56 a.m.

Thomas Petty, 33, of Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, 12:48 p.m.

Jason Kennett, 42, of Putnam, was charged with violation of probation and on an extradition warrant, 5:08 p.m.

Michael Beach, 31, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with reckless driving, 8:45 p.m.

Saturday, Nov. 18

Jeffrey Craine, 49, of Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and traveling unreasonably fast, 2:05 a.m.

Stanley Strycharz, 87, of Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 5:13 p.m.
