Thursday, Nov. 9

Jesus Nieves, 26, of Hartford, was charged with possession of child pornography (two counts), 7:01 a.m.

Reyna Dishmey, 24, of Chicopee, Mass., was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics with intent to sell, 1:00 p.m.

Deandre Bouknight, 20, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics with intent to sell, 1:00 p.m.

Kevin Maynard, 35, of Broad Brook, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening, 3:40 p.m.

Friday, Nov. 10

Joseph Byrd, 54, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 2:10 p.m.

Keenen Hardy, 25, of Wethersfield, was charged with illegal sale/manufacturing of cannabis, interfering with an officer, engaging police in pursuit, second-degree failure to appear, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker, operating under suspension, failure to drive upon right, improper turn and failure to obey stop sign, 7:58 p.m.

Saturday, Nov. 11

Andrew Flanagan, 26, of Suffield, was charged with operating under the influence and traveling unreasonably fast, 2:17 a.m.

Sunday, Nov. 12

Steven West, 59, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 8:21 p.m.

Austin Marlowe, 30, of Cheshire, was charged with evading responsibility, 9:00 p.m.

Monday, Nov. 13

Michael Williams, 45, of Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and first-degree failure to appear, 6:10 p.m.

George Stebbins, 71, of Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and evading responsibility, 8:59 p.m.

Tuesday, Nov. 14

Kassandra O'Rourke, 27, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, criminal possession of a firearm and failure to keep narcotics in original container, 1:49 a.m.

Kimberly Silvia, 53, of Southwick, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear (two counts), 10:51 a.m.
