Tuesday, Oct. 13

Ryan J. Parks, 26, of 40 Partridge Hollow Rd., Gales Ferry, was charged with voyeurism (23 counts), 5:11 a.m.

Tyriana N. Bowens, 24, of 424 Salmon Brook St., Granby, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 1:59 p.m.

Wednesday, Oct. 14

Jill E. Harrison, 57, of 2 Martin Terr., Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 2:48 p.m.

Philip C. Birmingham, 42, of 29 Carriage Dr., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 7:10 p.m.

Thursday, Oct. 15

William J. Smith, 43, of 35 Pease St., Enfield, was charged with first-degree failure to appear, 3:00 a.m.

Linda F. Ixtus, 53, of 162 Sisson St., East Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and violation of probation, 2:45 p.m.

Melinda Nunez, 19, of 36 Spring St., Enfield, was charged with violation of a protective order, 6:03 p.m.

Friday, Oct. 16

Raheem A. Sharees, 26, of 11 Hazard Ave., Room 128, Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, risk of injury to a child and second-degree unlawful restraint, 10:05 a.m.

Keith J. Pelletier, 50, of 14 Spring St., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and fourth-degree criminal mischief, 2:40 p.m.

Glenn S. Foxe, 55, of 89 Pioneer Heights, Somers, was charged with operating under the influence and improper rear/marker lamps. 7:26 p.m.
