Michael A. Lacafta, 21, of 19 Aloha Dr., Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 2:39 a.m.

Angie Ruiz, 30, of no certain address, was charged with second-degree failure to appear (two counts), 1:54 p.m.

Joshua DeGray, 43, of 3111 Pulaski Hwy., Columbia, Tenn., was charged with first-degree sexual assault, 11:15 a.m.

Donald J. Langley Jr., 26, of 33 Nancy Dr., Enfield, was charged with violation of a protective order, second-degree breach of peace and first-degree criminal trespass, 10:17 p.m.

Saturday, Oct. 24

Jose A. Rosario, 56, of 23 Asnuntuck St., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful restraint and second-degree breach of peace, 12:10 a.m.

Kamou V. Anderson, 31, of 61 Westford Cir., Springfield, Mass., was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell and use of drug paraphernalia, 12:31 a.m.

Howard C. Bowen, 36, of 38 Thompson Ct., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, engaging police in pursuit, interfering with an officer, operating without a license and traveling unreasonably fast, 10:15 a.m.

Sunday, Oct. 25

Isaac I. Melendez, 27, of 28 Eddywood St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, improper use of marker and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, 1:31 a.m.

Xavier Torres, 44, of 40 Kenneth St., West Haven, was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace, first-degree burglary, first-degree criminal trespass, third-degree strangulation/suffocation, interfering with an officer, engaging police in pursuit, violation of a standing criminal protective order, evading responsibility and operating under suspension, 2:54 a.m.

Royce Yeomans, 34, of 5 Grove St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree criminal trespass, 5:03 a.m.

Kwamie Lowe, 21, of 24 Moreland St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle and interfering with an officer, 5:31 a.m.
