James R. Scovill, 21, of 4 Robbin Rd., Enfield, was charged with violation of a standing criminal protective order and second-degree breach of peace, 11:00 p.m.

Amanda J. Charbonneau, 24, of 39 Egypt Rd., Ellington, was charged with violation of a standing criminal protective order, third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 11:00 p.m.

Jeremy Sheehan, 50, of 6 Wheeler Dr., Enfield, was charged with willfully performing craftsman work without a license, violation of home improvement contractor requirements and third-degree larceny, 4:37 p.m.

Nicole Flanaghan, 26, of 60 Quality Ave., Somersville, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis, 8:27 p.m.

Thursday, Oct. 29

Linda Kamay, 67, of 407 Gatewood Dr., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 4:15 p.m.

Richard Perron, 51, of 205 Southwest Ave., Windsor Locks, was charged with operating under the influence and risk of injury to a child, 7:00 p.m.

Sami El-Alami, 30, of 34 Mallard Ln., Berlin, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 4:00 p.m.

Saturday, Oct. 31

Tyrique Davis, 25, of 658 Union St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 5:50 a.m.

Teagan Palmer, 28, of 5 Scitico St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 10:45 p.m.

Sunday, Nov. 1

Rukaya Egyin, 19, of 25 Preston Rd., Windsor Locks, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 9:56 a.m.

Marcel Goode, 47, of 119 Conestoga St., Windsor, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, 12:20 p.m.

Filomena Huppe, 31, of 949 Pleasant Valley Rd., South Windsor, was charged with violation of a protective order, 10:50 p.m.
