Kyle Harris, 37, of Enfield, was charged with third-degree burglary (two counts), first-degree criminal mischief (two counts) and sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 10:30 a.m.
Ashley Mercey, 32, of Enfield, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, 11:18 a.m.
Kevin Feagin, 57, of East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 11:26 a.m.
