Stephanie A. Mazzarella, 40, of 506-A Stafford Rd., Mansfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia, 7:47 p.m.

Javon M. Jones, 37, of 25 Aloha Dr., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree unlawful restraint, 1:46 a.m.
Erica M. Mason, 35, of 31 Loren Cir., Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and third-degree burglary, 4:00 a.m.
Donald Desrosiers, 65, of 12 Main St., Somers, was charged with operating under the influence, operating an unregistered ATV and failure to yield crossing highway, 12:13 p.m.
Thomas A. McNally, 51, of 17-A Pleasant St., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and following too closely, 4:00 p.m.
