Wednesday, Sept. 9

Christopher Clarke, 31, of 61 Betford St., Hartford, was charged with reckless driving, improper use of marker, theft of plates, operating without a license, operating while using a handheld mobile device and failure to drive in proper lane, 3:12 a.m.

Epifanio Diaz, 44, of 17 Lexington St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with violation of a protective order, 12:07 p.m.

Joseph C. Deraffaele, 39, of 22-D Pleasant St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and improper use of marker, 8:15 p.m.

Thursday, Sept. 10

Linda K. Darling, 53, of 50 Maple Ave., Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, improper number of headlamps and failure to carry license, 12:38 a.m.

Joseph J. Scirica, 49, of 425 North Stone St., West Suffield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, 12:38 a.m.

Shauna M. Edgerton, 38, of 65-B Main St., Somers, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 7:05 p.m.

Deborah J. Borowski-Robinson, 57, of 65-B Main St., Somers, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 7:06 p.m.

Brandon K. Knoll, 27, of 73 Fairview Ave., West Springfield, Mass., was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell, use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance, 8:15 a.m.

Nathan D. Spicer, 33, of 52 Willard Dr., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 3:29 p.m.

Sunday, Sept. 13

Brandon J. Duby, 27, of 37 Asnuntuck St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 4:00 p.m.
