Tuesday, Sept. 12

David Harrington, 40, of Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and possession of a controlled substance, 7:06 p.m.

Wednesday, Sept. 13

Luis Gonzalez-Martinez, 19, of Hartford, was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker, theft of plates/inserts, operating without minimum insurance and operating without a license, 5:00 p.m.

John Gallucci, 39, of Windsor, was charged with violation of probation, 8:00 p.m.

Russell Smith, 52, of Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 8:36 p.m.

Thursday, Sept. 14

Adam Toporowski, 42, of Westfield, Mass., was charged with use of drug paraphernalia and fifth-degree larceny, 12:07 p.m.

Joshua Garrison, 28, of Enfield, was charged with violating a protective order, 6:38 p.m.

Matthew West, 45, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear (six counts), 7:03 p.m.

Leandra Portis, 37, of Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and operating under suspension, 7:51 p.m.

Christopher Reynolds, 51, of Meriden, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 8:20 p.m.
