Friday, Sept. 15

Kyle Norris, 28, of Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call and third-degree assault, 6:06 a.m.

Ryan Grzesiak, 29, of South Windsor, was charged with engaging police in pursuit, interfering with an officer, failure to display plates/inserts, unsafe passing, failure to obey traffic control signals and operating with a defective windshield, 11:30 a.m.

Hector Melendez, 32, of Waterbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 2:30 p.m.

Diana Mauricio, 42, of Ludlow, Mass., was charged with evading responsibility and traveling unreasonably fast, 4:30 p.m.

Chelsea Lergos, 30, of Rocky Hill, was charged with operating under the influence and following too closely, 10:40 p.m.

Frank Fontana, 61, of Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct, 5:22 p.m.

Shelly Butkevich, 43, of Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct, 5:25 p.m.

Kady Graczewski, 37, of Granby, was charged with operating under the influence, 9:56 p.m.

Sunday, Sept. 17

Veeral Patel, 38, of Putnam, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane and improper turn, 2:09 a.m.

Mark Schebell, 32, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening, 6:55 p.m.
