Monday, Sept. 25

Erasmo Dejesus, 22, of Meriden, was charged with violating a protective order (two counts), third-degree assault and second-degree unlawful restraint, 1:30 p.m.

Sara Gintick, 32, of Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, risk of injury to a child and operating under suspension, 8:40 p.m.

Douglas Brooks, 66, of Plainfield, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to display lights, 8:48 p.m.

Tuesday, Sept. 26

Amber Vigneault, 32, of Enfield, was charged with fifth-degree larceny (two counts), charging more than $500 on a revoked payment card and receiving goods from an illegally used credit card, 11:34 a.m.

Matthew Navarro, 46, of Enfield, was charged with fifth-degree larceny (two counts), charging more than $500 on a revoked payment card (two counts) and receiving goods from an illegally used credit card, 11:34 a.m.

Boulo Achor, 23, of Amherst, Mass., was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell, 12:00 p.m.

Andrew Ray, 59, of Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, 12:00 p.m.

Wednesday, Sept. 27

Richard Garrett, 45, of Enfield, was charged with risk of injury to a child, possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia, 11:20 a.m.

Stephanie Garrett, 40, of Enfield, was charged with risk of injury to a child, possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia, 12:00 p.m.

Gail Rinaldi, 64, of Enfield, was charged with risk of injury to a child, 12:30 p.m.

Jeru Williams, 29, of East Windsor, was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell, operating under suspension, failure to display plates/inserts and illegally operating a motor vehicle without tint inspection, 7:41 p.m.

Thursday, Sept. 28

Cathleen Stratton, 26, of Enfield, was charged with first-degree violating conditions of release, failure to carry license, operating without minimum insurance, operating under suspension and failure to reinstate license after 60 days, 1:01 a.m.

Ally Koch, 20, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with risk of injury to a child and second-degree breach of peace, 2:30 p.m.

Angel Santiago, 39, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear (five counts), 7:17 p.m.
