Enfield Duo Charged With Stealing Packages in Suffield

A man and woman, both from Enfield, were arrested in Suffield Wednesday for allegedly stealing packages.

Justin Passalugo and Kimberly Watson, both 30, were taken into custody on larceny and motor vehicle-related charges.

Police said a passerby noticed an individual taking packages from a residence on Halladay Avenue. They followed the vehicle and called to report the suspicious activity.

The packages were recovered and returned to the owner, police said.

On Facebook, the Suffield Police Department wrote:

“This is the first reported instance of this behavior in town in quite some time. We would like to commend the passerby for taking the time to call. They made a world of difference to someone’s holiday. “If you see something, say something.”
