Deputy Police Chief Gary Collins said officers were summoned to a home on Laurel Park just after midnight Sunday. A woman residing there said Williams had entered her home despite an existing protective order against him, then got into a verbal argument and stole her phone, valued at $500.
The woman told police Williams may be found at a nearby relative's home, and he was tracked down there and arrested.
