Enfield Man Charged With Stealing Guns From Somers Home
The man appeared in court on Friday.

SOMERS, CT — An Enfield man charged with stealing guns from a Somers home in April was arraigned on court on Friday.
Nicholas Ruvolo, 27, of Bradley Circle, Enfield, was arrested on a warrant Friday and brought to Rockville Superior Court. His case was continued until Feb. 6 and, as of noon on Friday, he had not posted a $10,000 bond, a clerk at the court said.
The incident took place on Shaker Road in Somers and Ruvolo has been charged with two counts of stealing a firearm and single counts of third-degree criminal mischief, third-degree burglary and fourth-degree larceny, according to an arrest warrant.

According to the warrant, he was traced to the theft of two handguns on April 10 from the Shaker Road home. A basement door was kicked in and two handguns were taken from two nightstands in a bedroom, according to an arrest warrant.
State police found several fingerprints at the scene, according to an arrest warrant.

The guns were a Colt Mustang XSP 380 and a Ruger LCP-CT 380, according to an arrest warrant.
Ruvolo has several active cases pending out of Enfield, according to court records.
