Enfield Man Faces Indecency Charge After He Reportedly Exposed Himself in Store Parking Lot

Suffield Police caught the suspect as he drove in Enfield.

Suffield Police arrested an Enfield man on a public indecency and other charges after a woman reported she saw him masturbating while sitting in his car that was in the parking lot of the Highland Park Market on Bridge Street.

The man left the area before police responded at 5:45 p.m. May 1 but caught him a short time later driving in Enfield, according to The Courant.

Justin Oliver, 34, of 1 Clear St., Enfield, is being held on $10,000 bond on charges of public indecency, breach of peace, insufficient insurance on his vehicle, operating without a license and improper use of motor vehicle registration plates, according to the Connecticut Judicial Branch website.

He is scheduled to appear May 14 in state Superior Court in Enfield, according to the judicial branch.
