
Charles A. Janeczko Sr., 92, of Enfield, passed away Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at Parkway Pavilion in Enfield.
Born in Poland, he was the son of the late Charles and Margaret Janeczko. He was a former resident of the Warehouse Point section of East Windsor and moved to Enfield where he resided most of his life. He was employed by the State of CT at the State Receiving Home in Warehouse Point for 34 years before retiring. He served in the Air National Guard and was a former volunteer firefighter for the Warehouse Point Fire Dept for numerous years.
He is survived by two sons, Charles A. Janeczko Jr. and his wife Karen of Enfield, and Joseph Janeczko of Warehouse Point and his fianceé Angie Pirog of Kensington ; two grandchildren, Charles A. Janeczko III and his wife Amy, Alicia Santanella and her husband Andrew; and a great grandson, Lucas Janeczko. He was predeceased by a sister Josephine.
