Enfield Obituary: Debra Simlick, 62

Debra L. Simlick, 62, of Vernon, peacefully passed away on Thursday, August 10, 2017 with her family by her side.

Debra, known to her family and friends as Debbie, was born on November 4, 1954 in Stafford. She lived most of her life in Enfield before moving to Vernon over 15 years ago. She was a devoted mother, animal lover and avid solitaire player, who was always filled with compassion and interest for others.

Debra is survived by her children; a daughter, Tara Simlick; two sons, Jason and wife Yaskara Simlick and their son Lucca, Richard and wife Helena Simlick and their sons, David, Andrew and Michael; a sister, Corale and husband Ly Khen and their children Kelsey, Keiona, and Brandon; a brother Glen and wife Karen Slaydon and their children Kyle and Alison; several dear friends. She is predeceased by her mother, Janet Slaydon, and father, Clifford Slaydon.

Memorial services will be private.
