Enfield Obituary: Marilyn Lazzari, 88

Condolences to her family and friends.

Marilyn Lazzari, 88, died peacefully Feb 3, 2016 in Durham.

She was born in Thompsonville, the daughter of the late Eileen and Charles Mills. After her marriage she moved to Wethersfield with her husband to raise their family. She was a stay at home mom with a sharp wit and sense of humor. She enjoyed bowling, tap dancing and rollerskating well into her 70’s. She spent summers with her family and friends at their cottage on Gardner Lake in Salem. She moved to Hobe Sound, FL with her husband in 1987 where she was a member of the FootLites Senior Dance Troupe for many years.

She leaves a son William Lazzari and his wife Barbara of Marlborough, a daughter Ellen Baranowski and her husband David of Madison. Her beloved grandchildren Karla Colette and husband Craig, Jeffrey Lazzari, Liza King and husband Christopher, Dyana Nopens and husband David, Alli Mingione and husband Michael, Kelli Corcoran, Shana Harter and husband Michael, two brothers, Charles Mills of Enfield and Donald Mills of FL. and 11 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Alfred Lazzari, a son, Alfred Lazzari Jr. and a daughter Lynn Corcoran.

The family would like to thank ALL of the staff at Twin Maples Health Care in Durham for the wonderful loving care they provided.

A Mass will be held at Corpus Christi Church in Wethersfield Sat., Feb.13, 2016 at 11AM.
