
Ron (Booger) Davis, 72, passed away peacefully at his home in Jacksonville, North Carolina on Wednesday February 24, 2016 surrounded by his wife of 30 years, Cheryl (Ahern) Davis, his children Tracy Davis of Frederick MD, Kelly Davis of Mt Pleasant SC, and Tim Davis and wife Shannon (Boertmann) of Jacksonville, NC and his constant companions Scout and Gunner.
He is survived by his brother Patrick Mahon of East Hartford, and granddaughters Carly Jo and Zoey Bemusdaffer of Frederick, Md, his life long friends Val and Bill (Bumper) Norris and many nieces, nephews, inlaws, cousins and close friends too numerous to mention.
He was employed by the town of Enfield for 30 years before retiring. He was involved with many Enfield area youth sports teams throughout the years and loved pitching for the various softball teams he participated on.

He was predeceased by his parents Bernice and George Mahon and his nephew Patrick Mahon Jr.
Family will receive family and friends for visitation Sunday, March 13, 2016 from 10:00- 11:30 a.m. at Leete Stevens followed by a celebration of life at the American Legion Post 80 at 12:00. Burial is private and will be held at the convenience of the family.
