Saturday, April 14

Jaynes E. Pagan, 33, of 397 Maple St., Holyoke, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane, driving while operating a handheld electronic device and operating without a license, 1:24 a.m.

Zachary R. Lovell, 24, of 4 Harris St., Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia and second-degree failure to appear (two counts), 10:00 p.m.

Christine A. Doty, 33, of 29 Asnuntuck St., Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia, 11:07 p.m.

Sunday, April 15

Shawn P. Schillinger, 23, of 16 Woodward Ave., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 2:55 p.m.

Jarrett C. Devaux, 23, of 1170 Hartford Tpk., Vernon, was charged with second-degree failure to appear (two counts), 5:01 p.m.
