Emanuel A. Soriano, 18, of 176 Post Office Rd., Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 7:24 p.m.

Paige C. Decker, 25, of 24 Midland Rd., Windsor Locks, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 11:30 a.m.

Zachary D. Wilson, 27, of 138 Main St., Somers, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 11:56 a.m.

Luisell M. Velazquez, 38, of 19 Wheeler Dr., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 10:00 p.m.

Johnny C. Ford, 32, of 4444 Rio Grande Ave., Orlando, Fla., was charged with being a fugitive from justice and possession of more than a half-ounce of cocaine with intent to sell, 11:55 p.m.
