Honora Krane, 30, of 117 High St., Enfield, was charged with tampering with a motor vehicle, third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 5:33 a.m.
Thomas Wilfred, 58, of 64 Central Ave., East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, interfering with an officer and illegal possession of a shoplifting device, 2:54 p.m.
Herbert S. Gilkey IV, 25, of 27-B Church St., East Windsor, was charged with failure to respond to an infraction, 3:28 p.m.
