Friday, April 19

Andrea R. Lyons, 21, of 41 Farmington Ave., Plainville, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 2:30 a.m.

Ubisael Ramos Diaz, 24, of 10 High St., Enfield, was charged with evading responsibility, 7:22 a.m.

Shaquan N. Hairston, 24, of 50 Asnuntuck St., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief and possession of more than a half-ounce of cocaine with intent to sell, 1:00 a.m.

Steven Reed, 48, of 554 Thompsonville Rd., Suffield, was charged with operating under the influence and traveling unreasonably fast, 7:00 p.m.

Sunday, April 21

Jorge Alarcon, 43, of no certain address, was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful restraint and second-degree breach of peace, 5:00 a.m.

Dustin P. Vosburgh, 19, of 53 Asnuntuck St., Enfield, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace and possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis, 2:44 p.m.

Danielle N. Bakke, 37, of 21 D'Annunzio Ave., Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear (three counts), 5:20 p.m.

Karl J. Golden, 49, of 136 Wells Rd., East Windsor, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct, 10:24 p.m.
