Monday, April 2

Yousef G. Saleh, 39, of 450 Enfield St., Enfield, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia, 6:14 p.m.

Tuesday, April 3

Steven A. Phelps, 55, of 7 Belle Ave., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis, use of drug paraphernalia, traveling unreasonably fast and failure to display lights, 12:30 a.m.

Connor M. Bayliss, 24, of 107 Prospect St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree threatening and third-degree criminal mischief, 6:45 a.m.

Benna P. Bendel, 25, of 421 South Elm St., Windsor Locks, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia, 10:25 p.m.

Connor M. Bayliss, 24, of 107 Prospect St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree violating conditions of release, second-degree breach of peace and first-degree criminal trespass, 11:52 p.m.
