Monday, April 22

Jeremy J. Sheehan, 49, of 6 Wheeler Dr., Enfield, was charged with violation of home improvement contractor regulations, 8:30 a.m.

Kyle C. Whitlock, 26, of 97 Garden St., West Springfield, Mass., was charged on an extradition arrest, 10:10 a.m.

Joey Pesce, 34, of 146 McKinley Terr., Westfield, Mass., was charged with fourth-degree larceny, interfering with an officer, second-degree forgery, criminal impersonation and second-degree failure to appear, 1:35 p.m.

Tuesday, April 23

Justin M. Gallo, 35, of 309 North St., Boston, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence and failure to comply with state traffic commission regulations, 1:33 a.m.

Wednesday, April 24

Javan C. Delvalle, 38, of 24 Conlon St., Bristol, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia, 9:53 a.m.

Michael D. Wilkins, 51, of 252 Blakeslee St., Bristol, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia, 9:53 a.m.

Raymond H. Woodin, 53, of 252 Blakeslee St., Bristol, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, operating under suspension, operating without an ignition device, improper use of markers and theft of plates/inserts, 1:30 p.m.

Thursday, April 25

Stephen B. Ceccarini, 49, of 153 Spring St., Enfield, was charged with interfering with an officer, operating under the influence with a passenger under age 18, improper use of marker, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to drive right, operating without a license, failure to obey stop sign and failure to use turn signal, 2:50 a.m.

Ebony Jackson, 44, of 121 Marion St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with second-degree forgery, making a false statement to procure credit card, charging less than $500 on a revoked credit card, third-degree identity theft and third-degree larceny, 10:10 a.m.

Nicholas P. Provencher, 38, of 2 Sharp St., Enfield, was charged with third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree larceny, 10:25 a.m.

Donovan B. Combs, 19, of 44 Edgewood St., Hartford, was charged with third-degree larceny, 10:35 a.m.

Raymond F. Lee, 37, of 133 Oak St., Manchester, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 10:45 a.m.

Ryan A. Jones, 34, of no certain address, was charged with second-degree failure to appear and interfering with an officer, 5:00 p.m.

Caitlin E. Palmer, 28, of 105 Fitzgerald Dr., East Hartford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, improper use of marker and operating without minimum insurance, 5:30 p.m.
